The brief
Located at Ghat 14 near the iconic Dal Lake, Lazeez was designed around a philosophy of “Vibrant Sophistication.” Spanning 3,000 sq ft, the restaurant features an elegant white-themed interior that creates a clean and contemporary backdrop for its rich multi-cuisine dining experience.
The design focuses on capturing the breezy outdoor character of the Dal Lake surroundings while maintaining a warm and comfortable indoor environment with high-capacity seating. Thoughtfully planned to cater to both locals and tourists, the space balances openness, functionality, and modern hospitality aesthetics.
Scope of Work
Complete design concept, mood boards, floor plans, and joinery drawings. Furniture and fixture sourcing. Renovation completed by Son & Son in collaboration with our trusted trades and partners.
Natural textures, such as wood, stone, and woven materials, combined with rich, deep blue tones, create a harmonious flow that seamlessly connects the various spaces throughout the home. This thoughtful combination not only enhances visual continuity but also evokes a sense of calm and cohesion, making each room feel like an intentional extension of the next.
