Established in 1991, Associated Consultants began as a boutique design studio in Rajbagh. Following a decade of growth and two successive expansions, we transitioned into an established multidisciplinary firm at our current headquarters in Yatri Bhawan, Dal Gate.
With over 30 years of excellence, we have built a profound legacy in the region. Our portfolio includes some of the most recognizable and famous projects in Kashmir, ranging from luxury boutique hotels to sprawling, high-end bungalows. Having completed over 50+ residential, commercial, and cultural landmarks, we have spent decades mastering the art of building within the unique landscape of the Valley.
